Hello! I’m Weather and here I talk about topics related to physical and mental health, relationships, and self-improvement. I am often very reflective in my life, and spend a lot of time thinking about how people see the world. My hope is that this is a space to share these thoughts, and hopefully one of my posts will resonate with you.

I often think about the lives of others and how people become “main characters” in my life. I feel it is important to acknowledge the people who have had an impact on me (while also keeping them anonymous or under an alias) because everyone is the main character in their own life, but they don’t always realize how important they are to someone else’s life.

While I am sure that there are many books that talk about similar topics–though in a different perspective (perhaps)–my intention is to share my thoughts and stories, without writing an entire novel all at once. I prefer short digestible ideas compared to those longer self-help books that have 200+ pages that can be summed up in 20 pages; I say this so as to say: I will try my best to be direct in all my writings and not drag out my thoughts any longer than necessary.

As I post more content, I hope you are able to take some tangible idea or lesson away from each story. That is all I can hope for, and I appreciate your attention as your time is also a precious resource.
